As an important part of our mission, Wilbanks Partners LLC will be working with partners to bring a unique human resources consulting perspective to the rapidly growing world of impact / ESG / sustainable investing. We believe that bringing a new perspective to sustainability in the field of finance will be critical to the long term growth and profitability of the asset and wealth management business, and this is our small way of making a difference. We believe that opportunities exist in our own local communities at the bottom decile of wage earners, as well as globally at the bottom of the pyramid. Our work will include the recruitment of investment professionals in the field, consulting services to portfolio companies of impact investors, and the support of NGOs active with investors and businesses. Our ongoing partnerships with the Global Impact Investing Network (GIIN) and the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) have given us unique insights and the opportunity to play a leading industry role.
